The answer is YES! Fantastic SWEET & SALTY light mixture with mild tang of TEQUILA and LIME aroma to finally BLOW UP your mind! ENJOY!
CHEESE STRAWBERRY MARGARITA CREAM
Servings - 4
For Cream:
- 10 oz Farmer's cottage cheese
- 3 oz Coffee cream
- 7 oz Ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp Cane sugar
- 3 tsp Tequila
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
For Serving:
- Crushed Gorgonzola cheese (or any other Blue cheese with similar texture)
- Sliced fresh strawberries - Cane Sugar
Firstly put softened cottage cheese into a bowl and whisk with cream until well mixed. Add ricotta and continue whisking. Then add salt, sugar & tequila in to a mixing bowl and blend until smooth, light and creamy. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile crush gorgonzola, cut strawberries to slices. Take cream mixture from the fridge, set out into Ice cream coupes, garnish with gorgonzola & strawberries. Sprinkle with cane sugar.
P.S. Another way to decorate Ice Cream coupes before serving Cream mixture is riming them with cane sugar. Moisten each rim with lime juice and twist a glass into a large plate with cane sugar.
