Chewy Granola Bars BOMB🤗 Recipes
Ingredients:
🍃2 cups oats
🍃1/3 cup nuts (I used raw unsalted sliced almonds)
🍃Spread on a baking sheet and lightly toast at 350 for 10 ish minutes.
🍃Over low heat melt
🍃1/3 cup of coconut oil,
🍃1/4 cup of brown sugar,
🍃1/3 cup of peanut butter and
🍃1/3 cup honey.
Cook until melted. Pour oats/nuts in a bowl and pour melted ingredients in (stir well) line a baking dish with tinfoil or parchment paper and spray well. I used coconut oil spray. Pour in mixture and flatten with a sprayed spatula. Let cool a few minutes in the freezer and then sprinkle with coconut and mini chocolate chips or whatever you'd like. Stick in the fridge 2 to 3 hours or freeze for 30 minutes...
Cut, wrap and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Get crazy with your ingredients!! Dried cherries and walnuts are delicious! So are dried berries and lemon with a yogurt honey drizzle! Mmmmmm
