Easy Blueberry Lemon Basil Jam With Goat Cheese and French Bread
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 20 basil leaves, minced (sounds like a lot but def is not strong)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
Water as needed
Combine your ingredients, sans sugar, in a saucepan and heat until combined and melted together, then add sugar and stir moderately often until desired texture is achieved
