Mango season calls for some lovely mango dessert. So I whipped up this yummy Mango Chia White Chocolate Dessert.


Makes for a filling snack or dessert and is best for this unrelenting summer!

You need 3 layers:

  1. A mix of butter and digestive biscuits, crushed and added to a mix of melted white chocolate in milk. Add some soaked chia seeds. Freeze.
  2. Alphonso Mango pulp. Freeze
  3. Add some mango pieces. Freeze.

Repeat layers as per jar/glass size.

You can add a dash of chocolate as you like. Enjoy cold! 😋
